I wouldn’t say that our house was a total fixer upper when we bought it. It definitely had good bones and was totally livable. Just needed some updating here and there. That’s what happens with older homes I suppose. At least we are able to live in it while we do the occasional update! So every year (or just about every year) we take a different room in our house and do the updates. I’ve been wanting to do something with our dining room FOREVER. It’s time. But what style? The reclaimed wood top is also perfectly distressed. It really adds to the overall look of the piece. That’s one of my favorite parts of our new table. I also love the construction of the base of the table.
So sturdy and beautiful at the same time.
