On our most recent trip to Branson we were invited to set sail on the Showboat Branson Belle. To be more specific, we were given the opportunity to attend the Santa’s Pancakes & PJs Cruise. Such a magical way to celebrate the Christmas season! We hadn’t been on the Branson Belle before and this was definitely the most perfect way to be introduced. There’s always cruises (for lunch and dinner) that are all-inclusive with a meal and a show but at Christmastime it seems extra special with the holiday spirit. Below are the 9 reasons why our family thinks the breakfast with Santa one is a dandy family tradition.
9 Reasons To Cruise Showboat Branson Belle Christmas
1.) Christmas decorations everywhere you look.
It was really neat to see such a beautiful steamboat decked out for the holidays. So many beautiful decorations!
2.) Exploring the boat.
Our kids loved exploring the boat before breakfast and during intermission. There were so many places aboard to visit.
3.) Key to Christmas.
Another place to visit aboard was the pilot house. There the ship’s captain gave each child the key to Christmas.
4.) Face painting.
For the Santa’s Pancakes & PJs Cruise there are games and activities for the kids all over the boat. Even face painting!
5.) Cookie decorating.
The kids loved decorating cookies and eating them before breakfast! Such a fun treat that they will remember for the holidays.
6.) Letters to Santa.
On the Showboat kids are able to write letters to Santa and then drop them in a really cute mailbox.
7.) Pancake breakfast.
Such a delicious breakfast of pancakes and sausage. There were even gluten free pancakes (upon request) for me!
8.) Christmas themed show.
This show was fun for the entire family. Comedy, singing, dancing, acrobatics, and more! So much talent in one special holiday show.
And of course…
9.) Visiting the man in red.
Such a wonderful Santa. A great ending to our magical morning.
