How To Melt Crayons In The Microwave
What you’ll need:
- Silicone mold – Get an Easter themed mold or one that is bunny only. The possibilities are endless when it comes to this particular craft. I found my bunny silicone mold at Dollar Tree.
- Crayons – You can gather up all the broken crayons around your house or buy a cheap box to use for melting.
What you’ll do:
Step 1: Break up crayons and place in silicone mold. Be sure to overfill each mold.
Step 2: Heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes. If your crayons are in bigger pieces then you’ll want to stir halfway.
Step 3: Carefully remove the silicone mold from the microwave and place in freezer overnight.
Step 4: Pop bunny crayons out of the silicone mold and start coloring!
