15 Easy DIY Halloween Decoration Ideas

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook then you may remember that over the weekend we got our decorating on around here. The kids love helping with this project each year. For some reason they like making our house spooky. Ages ago our oldest told us that we have a haunted looking Halloween house. I wouldn’t say that it looks especially haunted but perhaps just a tad bit spooky. Our house is always decked out with lights to match the season.

I like reusing some of my decorations from year to year. It’s a big time money saver.

But I also love to do some DIY projects to add something new and fun each year. So many items can also be purchased at places like Dollar Tree and then spruced up to create a totally different, unique look. I hope that you enjoy the following decorating ideas as much as I do!
