New Year Fluffy Chocolate Fruit Dip

It’s the second week into the new year and that means people are still sticking with the getting fit plan. My husband recently read that by around January 19th those numbers will drop. By February most of the resolutions will have gone completely out the window. If you are wanting to get healthy then this fitness reward tracker can help on the blog right HERE. This dessert recipe can also help you to reach your goals. It’s still dessert so not 100% healthy, but it does incorporate fruit so I’d say that’s a good thing.
