Simple And Easy To Make Jalapeno Artichoke Dip Recipe
So Taco Tuesday and college basketball… We are big fans of both at our house! The kids love when we celebrate Tuesdays with tacos. For college basketball, we are season ticket holders with the SLU Billikens (St. Louis University’s men’s basketball team). My husband watches lots of college basketball during the month of March. This jalapeno artichoke dip recipe is perfect for all the things!

Ingredients for this jalapeno artichoke dip recipe:
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- ½ Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 14 oz. Jar Artichokes Hearts, chopped
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Jalapenos, also about 1 Tbsp of the juice from the jar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions for this jalapeno artichoke dip recipe:
1.) In a medium bowl combine all ingredients together and mix well. Best if left for 24 hours for flavors to marry together.
2.) Serve with corn chips, veggies, or bread.
So delicious and easy to make! Such a great appetizer and party food to have on hand with any gathering.
