Free Printable Teacher Gift: Thank You for Helping Me Grow With Target Gift Card

When it comes to the end of the year for school, I really like to create printable teacher gift tags. I enjoy putting my creative hat on, making different designs of printable cards and coming up with a fun idea that will be the perfect gift. If only I was more ahead of the game each year! It sure feels like the school year’s end always comes faster than it did before! Could be that I’m busy, busy, busy with all the month of May happenings. Maycember is real. The last week of school crept up just like it always does. Before I knew it I found myself on the back patio, the afternoon before the last day of school, getting the teacher gifts ready. But I made it happen!

I’ve found that practical gifts are always the way to go when it comes to saying thank you to teachers. Like us, they’ve had a busy year too. My go to gift usually centers around a printable teacher appreciation card that I can add a gift card of some sort to. And by creating the printable, I’m able to pass the digital files along to you. That way you can use the free printable gift tags for the great teacher or school staff member in your own life!

I always like to get the printable tags done on a 4×6 photo. It’s the perfect size for the card and then it’s also easy to add a heartfelt note to your child’s teacher with a Sharpie on the back of the print.

School is now officially out for the summer. Yay! Or is it really a yay kind of moment? Is it really??? Let the rat race that is summer commence!

What are some of the most popular teacher gifts?

  • Gift cards to stores that sell school supplies. This is a great option if you are not sure what the teacher needs.
  • Personalized gift. This could be a mug with the teacher’s name on it, a piece of jewelry with their initials, or a framed photo of their students.
  • Donation to the teacher’s classroom fund. This is a great way to help the teacher purchase supplies for their classroom.
  • Gift that shows you appreciate their hard work. This could be a handwritten note, a card, or a small gift basket filled with treats.
  • Gift that is related to the teacher’s subject area. For example, if the teacher teaches math, you could get them a book on math puzzles or a set of math manipulatives.
  • Gift that is related to the teacher’s hobbies. If the teacher enjoys reading, you could get them a book by their favorite author. If they enjoy gardening, you could get them a gift certificate to a local nursery.
  • Gift that is simply thoughtful. A handwritten note, a homemade gift, or even just a smile can go a long way in showing a teacher how much you appreciate them.

Here are some other ideas:

  • Coffee mug or water bottle with a funny or inspiring message
  • Plant or flowers for their desk
  • Subscription to a magazine or streaming service
  • Gift basket filled with snacks and drinks
  • Piece of jewelry or other small accessory

No matter what you choose, make sure the gift is something that the teacher will appreciate and enjoy!
