New Year Health & Wellness Ideas

It’s not uncommon for a resolution to simply not last. For instance if the resolution was to get in shape, then usually by spring people are no longer staying on track. It’s hard to stay motivated and life often gets in the way. One of my goals for this year is to get in shape and I’m already not achieving my goals. I need to focus and get to work, but I honestly don’t have a whole lot of time to take for myself. Years ago I did have the time. I even have this nifty little weight loss and getting in shape keychain to prove it.

But somehow along the way I gained weight back and now I’m struggling with how to fit in the exercise. We are just so busy going here, there and everywhere. Plus, it’s not at all hard to start to feel discouraged. So that’s where I am right now. Just trying to figure out how to implement a fitness regimen into my schedule.

I have a free printable fitness chart on the blog that is helpful for reaching goals!
