Instant Pot Pulled Pork Tacos Are So Easy To Make
We are big fans of Taco Tuesday at our house. Also fans of Cafe Rio. Have you ever made the Cafe Rio pork in the Instant Pot? So delicious. But this is Instant Pot pulled pork tacos recipe is not the copycat Cafe Rio pork recipe. The best one for that is over at Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. It’s my favorite one to make!
If you are a fan of Cafe Rio (especially the cafe rio barbacoa pork salad) then you will have to try Mel’s recipe. For the creamy tomatillo dressing I use the copycat from Our Best Bites. So yum.
But back to Taco Tuesday. It’s a favorite and my kids love when it hits. Making tacos doesn’t have to be difficult and it can be done really fast in the Instant Pot (or any pressure cooker). I know life gets busy and this recipe helps to get dinner on the table so you can eat together as a family.
Plus, if you’ve never made pork recipes in a pressure cooker before then you are missing out. There are so many ways to flavor the pork and it will always turn out just right. So tender, too!
