Easy To Make Rocky Road Fudge Recipe
Whenever we go on vacation I’m always drawn to the fudge shops. It’s just one of those tourist trap kind of treats. The place with the most fudge shops that I’ve ever been to? That would be Mackinac Island. There are 13 fudge shops on Mackinac Island. That’s a lot for an island that is only 3.8 square miles! And the tour guides do not let you forget it. In fact it’s the running joke on the island.

Rocky Road Fudge Recipe
Note: This is a very soft fudge recipe, so you may want to freeze for one hour before cutting, for a smoother cut. You may also want to store this fudge in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff
- 14 oz jar sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions:
Step 1: Line 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Heat chocolate, butter, and vanilla until melted. You can use the double boiler method, or dump ingredients into a microwave safe bowl, heating on high in 30 second increments, stirring between, until fully melted.
Step 3: Add marshmallow fluff and sweetened condensed milk.
Step 4: Stir well.
Step 5: Add ¾ cup walnuts and marshmallows.
Step 6: Stir well.
Step 7: Pour mixture onto parchment paper lined baking pan, spread evenly.
Step 8: Top with remaining walnuts.
Step 9: Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into 1-2 inch squares.
That’s it! Seriously the easiest fudge recipe you will ever make!
