Star Wars Valentines are always a good idea for the Star Wars fans. There are so many fun ideas, but the little alien with the big eyes undoubtably makes the coolest Valentine. So here’s the thing… When it comes to Valentine’s Day… Some years I’m totally on top of it. Others? Not so much. This year was the not so much kind of year. I’ve had a lot going on. Must Have Baby Yoda Valentine Cards
Like most kids, my kids are Mandalorian fans and obsessed with the green little guy so I knew that some DIY Baby Yoda Valentines were a must for Valentine’s Day. Especially with the fact that The Child finally has a name that was just revealed on episodes of The Mandalorian this season… Grogu!
Who is Baby Yoda?
Baby Yoda is a character on the original Star Wars television series on Disney+. He’s a little green alien and goes by a few different names, Baby Yoda, The Child, The Asset, Grogu. The show is called The Mandalorian and Baby Yoda is protected by The Mandalorian.
When was Grogu first introduced on The Mandalorian?
While the little green alien was on the show from the very beginning, his name wasn’t officially revealed on Disney Plus until the fall of 2020. Prior to that he was just referred to as The Child or as Baby Yoda by fans.
Past Valentine’s Day Cards
The years when I’ve been more prepared have involved me actually creating my own Valentine printables (tic tac toe, mustache robot, sweet snakes, llamas) for the kids to give out at school. That’s time consuming and in this case I knew that I’m in no way, shape or form talented enough to create a Baby Yoda. So there’s no reason to even pretend that I can. I knew that I would simply need to find the best little Yoda out there and I knew that I would find him on Etsy.

I searched around on Etsy and I’m confident in the fact that I found the best there is. While these adorable cards are not free printable Baby Yoda Valentines, they are an instant download digital file that’s only $5. There are quite a few different options on Etsy, my friends. But this set of four printable Valentines featuring Baby Yoda? The absolute best.

Putting Together DIY Baby Yoda Valentines
These printable Valentine cards are so easy to create and then put together. You can either print them off on white cardstock paper, regular paper or I found that the quickest and easiest for me was to go with the photo lab. I simply uploaded and then had 4×6 prints made. Cheapest Valentines I’ve ever made! *The file from Little Legel Designs will come with all 4 cards to fit on one 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I just cropped out each one to then upload to be printed individually.
What you’ll do:
For best results use an exacto knife to cut slits in the card.
Then place a glow stick bracelet (hello, Dollar Tree) in the slit.
Place some scotch tape to the back to help secure the light saber.
These printable Valentines were seriously such a hit and a favorite for The Mandalorian fans!
So easy to make!
Seriously the cutest Valentine and a huge hit when handing out at the school parties.
