Haul out the turkey and, if you haven’t already, the Thanksgiving decorations. The holiday of turkey is next week! This year’s Thanksgiving dinner is going to be totally different for me. Honestly? I was sort of dreading the eating part of Thanksgiving until I found all these yummy gluten free Thanksgiving side dishes! It’s my first Thanksgiving being diagnosed as a celiac. I’m sure that I probably had celiac disease this time last year. Who really knows how long I went undiagnosed. But this year… I know that I have it and I know that I have to be gluten free for Turkey Day. The turkey part won’t be so hard. It’s the other holiday recipes that I’ll miss the most.
