Simply by adding a cute little carrot design to the top of carrot cake zucchini bars will turn the recipe into one that is perfect for spring! For some reason carrot cake recipes always tend to make me think of either spring or fall. Perhaps it’s the spice flavor that I think makes it’s a great recipe for fall, but the carrots in it make it perfect for Easter and springtime. Because don’t carrots just make everyone think of the Easter Bunny?
