It’s so easy to make your own Crumbl confetti cake cookies at home with this recipe!
Servings: 24 Cookies
Prep: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 12-14 minutes
Total Time: 34 minutes
Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp birthday cake batter extract (Available HERE.)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup sprinkles
Frosting Ingredients:
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- ½ tsp cake batter flavoring extract (Available HERE)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Sprinkles
Cookie directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer.
3. Add eggs and cake batter flavoring to the bowl and mix until well incorporated.
4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the baking powder and flour.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
6. Fold in the sprinkles.
7. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls (or use a large cookie scoop) and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
