When you are living gluten free, desserts are extremely hard to come by.  Basically you have to get creative and find out what works for you or even make your own entirely.  I’ve found that it’s not that difficult to make my own.  Just takes a bit of thinking outside of the box.  I’m in no way a cook or baker so it’s not an option to create my very own recipe entirely.  I’ll mostly take existing recipes and then add/subtract to make it gluten free.  Like creating this gluten free chocolate chip cheesecake dip…  Sometimes it works.  Sometimes it doesn’t.  But it’s definitely an adventure trying and this time it worked!

My favorite way to serve dips is actually with this particular bakeware set. The French white color matches everything and it has just the right amount of decorative stripe. Plus, I can use the same dish for a variety of other recipes.
