Candy bark is a really great treat to serve at any party or summer gathering. It’s gluten free, makes up quickly, and serves a lot of people. Plus there are just so many different kinds to make! Are you hosting a Hawaiian luau party this summer? This gluten free Pina Colada candy bark recipe is perfect for that type of event! Kind of reminds me of the copycat Dole Whip recipe that I shared last week. (If you missed it then you can check out that recipe HERE.)
