Disclosure for this Kung Fu Panda 3 in 3D posting: For the purpose of writing this review I received free tickets to the movie for my children and myself but all opinions are strictly my own.
Are you a fan of the Kung Fu Panda movies? My kiddos are major fans so when we received an invitation to attend a screening of Kung Fu Panda in 3D there was no question about it. We were going! And going we did.
This movie screening was pretty spectacular. Spectacularly dandy if you will. It was widely known that members of the press would be bringing their children to the screening (even encouraged) and preparations were made for just such an event. We even got to hang out with Lots of fun for children (and adults) of all ages!
Movie posters, panda ears, face painting, arts and crafts…
Everybody was Kung Fu fighting:
There was even a red carpet!
Walking it like a boss.
Sticking with the red carpet theme… Just prior to our viewing of the film we were able to watch footage from the real red carpet premiere in Los Angeles. I noted that the gala was very much geared towards children and families. Very much like the screening events we had just attended. So just where does my whole “family history” reference in the blog posting title come in? Wait for it… The time for me to tie it all in is now. Just in case you haven’t caught all the family references already. *wink* In addition to the activities surrounding the release of the movie being geared towards family the movie itself was all about family. Without giving too much of the movie away (because you have to go see it for yourself) there was a big focus on family. Both the family of the past and the family of today. Very much like family history.
And now since the premiere and movie screening were all about the kids here’s a review of what the Dandy Kids thought about Kung Fu Panda 3 in 3D.
Fitting don’t you think?
Kung Fu Panda 3 in 3D and not 3D *wink*
opens everywhere TODAY (January 29th, 2016)!
Have a very dandy weekend seeing this fantastic movie with your own family.
