6 Ingredient No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake: Easy To Make
If you follow me on Instagram then you know that I posted recently the step-by-step process to make a really delicious no bake lemon cheesecake. It was for a job that I did for the Schnucks grocery store here in St. Louis and was it ever a hit. So much so that I knew that I just needed to share the recipe here on the blog, too!

No-Bake Lemon Berry Cheesecake Recipe
From Simply Schnucks!
What you’ll need to make this no-bake dessert:
- 16 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lemon (You’ll use 1 tsp. lemon juice and also the lemon zest.)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
- fresh berries
What you’ll do to make this no-bake dessert:
Step 1: Cream 16 oz cream cheese (2 packages of 8 oz) in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy (for about 3-4 minutes).
Step 2: Add half of the can of condensed milk and beat well until combined.
Step 3: Add remaining half of the can condensed milk.
Step 4: Zest the lemon.
Step 5: Add lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well until combined.
Step 6: Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Overnight is optimal.
Step 7: Decorate with fresh berries or other type of fruit that you prefer. Slice and serve!
So delicious and easy to make!
