And if you use specific ingredients then it’s also gluten free!
Now I’m most definitely of Irish descent. I’ve done my homework on the family history. My great-grandmother’s side came to the United States from Ireland. Plus, I did that whole ancestry DNA test and it came that I’m Irish. Oh and I’ve got the red head little boy at my house to prove it to you! But here’s the thing… I’m just so not a fan of the typical St. Patty’s Day celebratory food and drink. Corned beef and cabbage is so not my thing. I don’t drink alcohol so Bailey’s is out. At our house we just lean towards foods that are green for St. Patty’s Day. That’s why this white chocolate mint cocoa is perfectly dandy for our Irish celebration. I’ll bet it’s perfectly dandy for yours, too!
