My kids love pulled pork loaded nachos. It's always a quick an easy meal that's perfect for busy school nights. And if you any type of family dinner or big gathering going on, it's the perfect appetizer for the food table! Get ready for the ultimate comfort food! Unlike classic nachos, these nachos are loaded with layers of flavor. It has become one of my favorite ways to make pulled pork nachos and I'm willing to bet you will agree.
With loaded nachos, you can really use any favorite toppings that you choose. And nachos made this way are perfect for feeding a crowd. Think Memorial Day food table! Or an appetizer with bite-size pieces for the big game day party. This recipe is also an easy way to use leftover pulled pork.

Sheet Pan Pulled Pork Loaded Nachos
Weeknight dinner made easy! Loaded with protein, this recipe is perfect as a main dish, side dish, or appetizer.
Ingredients for sheet pan pulled pork loaded nachos:
Corn tortilla chips
Shredded cheddar cheese
Pork loin
Salsa
Guacamole
Sour cream
Queso fresco
Green onions
The above are my family's favorite nacho toppings but you can use any Keep in mind that the BEST pulled pork is slow cooked pork loin. It shreds so easy after slow cooking in a Crock Pot.
Secret ingredient: For extra tender pork, pour a can of root beer soda into the slow cooker as the marinade!
Directions for sheet pan pulled pork loaded nachos:
Layer tortilla chips onto an aluminum foil lined sheet pan.
Top with shredded cheese and pulled pork.

Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Basically just long enough to melt the cheese.
Remove from the oven and load the nachos up with the other toppings!

Red onion
Black olives
Fresh cilantro
Jalapeño slices
Black beans
Pinto beans
Refried beans
Lime wedges
Fresh pico de gallo
Monterey jack cheese
Cheese sauce
