I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Popcorn Ice Cream Cones

Using frosting and food coloring for this popcorn recipe didn’t turn out like I had planned. Not at all like the white chocolate crunch bark that I made with popcorn. Chocolate will harden again after melting. Frosting tends to stay soft or turn sticky. It’s much better eaten with a spoon.

But eating popcorn with a spoon? That’s just silly. So I grabbed some cake ice cream cones out of the pantry and the rest is history for this green popcorn recipe!
