Some days we play dress up. I’ve made dress up clothes but that can be time consuming. I have a sneaky trick that’ll help you load up your dress up drawer and your kiddos can spend tons of time exploring using their imagination.

Surviving

I give you Thor and Buzz Light year! Look at these two! Thor takes snack time seriously!

My secret… I buy Halloween costumes when they go on 50% sale the day after Halloween! The year I got these two costumes I managed to find these 70% off! Clearly this takes a bit of planning. The day after Halloween this year stock up for winter! I bought a few in bigger sizes and we just roll up the sleeves and pants. He really wants to know if you’re serious about your threats on the Galactic Alliance!

Buzz

I can’t ever swallow the prices for brand new costumes. Mostly because they’re just so cheaply made. They’re always too thin, which in the north it’s just too cold on Halloween for a costume like that. However, they are perfect for running around the house on a chilly winter day! Are you a friend of Loki? Just makin’ sure!

Thor

Hang in there and join me in dreaming of warm spring days!
